The Construction Division is responsible for the construction of new drainage improvements, replacement of existing water mains, construction of new water mains, replacement of old TC.E. waterlines, and a number of Chapter 90 roadway improvements. The Construction Division also assists the Highway Division on roadway maintenance projects, and performs inflow/infiltration (I/I) remediation work for the Sewer Division during the winter months.
