The Legal Department provides full legal services for all Boards, Officers, Commissions and Committees of the Town except for the School Committee.
It provides written opinions on specific issues for all Departments as directed by the Executive Administrator.
It represents the Town before State and Federal Courts and various Administrative bodies, including the Industrial Accident Board for Workers Compensation litigation.
