Veterans Services
The Dartmouth Veteran Services' Office is now located at the Dartmouth Council on Aging. This allows for more collaboration between the Veterans Office and the COA, the Dartmouth Friends of the Elderly, and the community at large. If you have any questions, please call 508-910-1818 to reach the Veterans' Agent.
"Flags Across Dartmouth" flags will be located in the Dartmouth Veterans Office for the public. Feel free to swing by and pick a couple up.
The Veterans Office encourages Chapter 115 recipients to submit documents/receipts by mail or by placing in the silver mailbox in front of the Dartmouth Town Hall located at 400 Slocum Road in Dartmouth. Please call 508-910-1818 if you have any concerns or issues.
Chapter 115 Benefits for the Town of Dartmouth MA are deposited/mailed out on the third Monday of each month (if Monday falls on a holiday, payments will be deposited on third Tuesday.) All Rx/Dr. copays need to be submitted to the Dartmouth Veterans' Office by the end of the first week of the current month for reimbursement. Please call 508-910-1818 with any questions or concerns.
If you are a Dartmouth/Male resident who recently turned 18yrs of age, and would like to register online for the Selective Services, view the Selective Service System Register website. Almost all male U.S. citizens and male immigrants, who are 18 through 25, are required to register with Selective Service. It's important to know that even though he is registered, a man will not automatically be inducted into the military.
