Join certified Yoga Instructor, Eileen Waxler, as she leads a playful and lighthearted Yoga class on the calm shores of Apponagansett Bay. Nourish your body and spirit while building strength, balance, and confidence. Students are encouraged to explore from a place of safety and awareness, listening to their own bodies as they move with their breath, and connecting the mind. Leave your mat feeling invigorated, refreshed, and balanced, with a sense of calm as you move through your day and week ahead! Open to all and accessible for all levels of practice. Drop-ins are welcome at $12 per class. Note: Special Bonus for pre-registered 10-week participants. Minimum of 8 students for the program to run. Please bring a mat or towel and a water bottle!
