PUBLIC NOTICE- ONLINE PAYMENTS

Conservation Commission Online Payments

As of October 1, 2023, the Town of Dartmouth – Conservation Commission will require all payments to be made electronically through the “OpenGov – Viewpoint” portal, that can be accessed through the Town Website.

Payments to include separate payments made payable to the Town of Dartmouth. Payment one for the specific project Filing Fee calculated by the applicant in the appropriate amount. Payment two in the amount of $75.00 for the Legal Ad Fee, now made out to the Town of Dartmouth, instead of Dartmouth Week. We will process the Legal Ad payments internally. Lastly and where applicable and also online, a third and separate check in the amount of $3500 for third party peer-reviews are required for applicable projects. This is to simplify steps at both the applicant end and the staff end in processing incoming applications.

The Conservation Commission will still require two hardcopies of all documents and plans hand-delivered to the office, or by Overnight or Certified Mail Return Receipt. No permit applications will be processed or scheduled for hearing until the Conservation Staff and the Tax Collector’s office signs off that the submittal is administratively complete. Administratively complete does not translate to technically complete. Applicant and Applicant Agent cooperation shall be appreciated moving forward.
