State Revolving Fund Water Infrastructure Fund Transfer for Public Comment

Dear Interested Party:

The Massachusetts Clean Water Trust is accepting public comments on the implementation of the Water Infrastructure Fund Transfer Act (WIFTA) until August 6, 2020. WIFTA allows the State Revolving Fund to transfer funds from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund to provide additional subsidy to projects focusing on lead remediation.
